As of now, blowouts, lost, stolen or broken keys, inappropriate fuel will be covered by the assistance package without supplementary charges.
Punctures: any loss of air (flat tire or blowout)
Lost, stolen or broken keys: missing keys, faulty keys after a theft, keys broken in a lock or the ignition. For keys left inside a locked vehicle AXA Assistance is soley responsible for the travel costs of the service personnel.
Incorrect fuel or empty tank: all fuel problems caused by a faulty fuel gauge. A fill-up, accidental and not willful, with an inappropriate fuel. - Pick-up/Drop-off locations outside of France
Supplementary Fee: $0—Amsterdam(Schiphol), Barcelona(el Prat), Brussels(Zaventem), Frankfurt(Main), Munich(Strauss), Zurich(Kloten)
Supplementary Fee: $210—Lisbon(Portela), Madrid(Barajas), Milan(Linate and Malpensa), Rome(Fiumicino)
Supplementary Fee: $420—London(Heathrow) and Vigo
